TEMPERAMENT
Before your dog attends daycare for the first time, we require that you accompany them on a walk-through evaluation with members of our staff. We require this introduction for the benefit of you as the owner, for your dog, and for us. Not only does this allow us to observe how your dog interacts with people and other dogs, both on and off the leash, it provides you an opportunity to view all that Canine Acres has to offer and allows your dog an opportunity to acclimate before spending their first full day with us. It is important that your dog be non-aggressive towards people and other dogs.
AGE
All dogs must be over the age of 24 weeks and house-broken to attend dog daycare. (Puppy care is available by special arrangement, see Puppy Policy).
HEALTH
All dogs must be:
spayed or neutered (If they are over 24 weeks of age).
up-to-date on flea and tick medications (please no flea collars).
up-to-date on vaccinations. You must provide documentation from their vet on distemper, bordatella and rabies.
up-to-date on heartworm medication.
free of all communicable conditions.
